Terms of service

Last updated September 29, 2026

The short version

  • Rendrly turns your descriptions and pictures into new pictures, using AI models run by other companies. You pay for each picture in credits.
  • You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for what you make and upload.
  • Some things are not allowed, listed below. Breaking those rules can end your account.
  • Credits, renewals and refunds work as described here and in the refund policy. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

By creating an account or using Rendrly you agree to these terms.

Who runs Rendrly

Rendrly is run by Anthony Gillion, an individual in the United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Anthony Gillion. You can reach us at support@rendrly.online.

Your account

  • You need an account to make pictures. You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Give us accurate information, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it, sell access to it, or open extra accounts to collect credits.

Credits and payment

  • Credits pay for pictures. Every model shows its price in credits before you generate. The credits for a picture are taken when you press Generate, and returned automatically if the picture cannot be made.
  • Plan credits expire. A subscription gives you credits each month. They expire at the end of the period they were paid for and do not carry over. When you spend credits, the ones that expire soonest are used first.
  • Top-up credits do not expire. Credits from a top-up pack stay in your balance for as long as your account exists.
  • Free trial credits. When we offer them, a new account gets a small number of free credits to try Rendrly, with no card needed. They are given once per person, when your email address is confirmed. We may compare a one-way fingerprint of your email address to make sure of that, so extra accounts do not get more. They expire after the time we tell you when they are given, and your Account page shows the date. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. We may change or end the offer at any time, and we may remove free credits from accounts opened to collect them.
  • Subscriptions renew every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account, under Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Changing plan. Moving to a higher plan takes effect at once: you pay for the rest of the month on the new plan and receive credits in the same proportion. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period.
  • Prices. Prices are in US dollars. If we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is added at checkout. We may change prices, and the number of credits a picture costs, from time to time. A change never affects a picture you have already paid for, or a subscription period you have already paid for.
  • Stripe, through Link, is the seller of record for your purchase: it processes payment, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and invoices. We never see your card number. You can also manage or cancel a subscription at link.com.

What you make

  • Your content. You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you write and the pictures you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them. We do not claim ownership of the pictures you make.
  • Public pictures. A picture is private unless you make it public. If you do, you allow us to show it, with its prompt and the model that made it (never your name or email address), in the gallery on our home page, on a page of its own that anyone with the link can open, and in the previews of links you share. You can make it private again, or delete it, at any time, and we will take it down (a saved copy or a cache can take a few minutes to catch up). Only make public what you have the right to show and what follows these rules. We may remove any picture from the gallery, and a picture we remove cannot be made public again.
  • Deleting. You can delete any picture from your library. Its file is removed from our storage at once, and the credits it cost are not returned. We keep a record of the request for billing, support and handling abuse.
  • Our permission to handle it. You allow us, and the providers we use, to process your prompts and pictures, and to store and show your results back to you, as needed to run Rendrly.
  • No promises about ownership. We cannot promise that pictures made by AI are protected by copyright, or that they are free of other people’s rights. The models that make your pictures come with their own terms. You are responsible for using a picture in line with those terms and with the law, so check them before using a picture commercially.

What is not allowed

Do not use Rendrly to make, upload or share:

  • Anything that is illegal where you live or where we operate.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises them. We have no tolerance for this and will report it.
  • Sexual or intimate pictures of a real person without their consent.
  • Realistic pictures of real people made to deceive, defame, harass or impersonate them.
  • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or self-harm.
  • Pictures or prompts that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.

Do not:

  • Try to get around a safety filter, a limit, or the way credits are counted.
  • Copy, scrape or resell Rendrly, or use it to build a competing service.
  • Send automated or bulk requests beyond normal use, or interfere with the service or its security.
  • Reverse a payment after using the credits it bought.

We rely on the providers’ safety checks and may review content that is reported or flagged. We may refuse or remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for breaking them, the credits left in it are forfeited.

Providers and availability

Your pictures are made by AI providers we do not control. Results can be unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable, and a provider can be slow or unavailable. When a picture cannot be made, the credits for it go back to your balance. We may add, change or remove models and features at any time.

Ending your account

  • You can stop at any time: cancel your plan, then ask us at support@rendrly.online to delete your account and everything in it. Credits left in a deleted account are lost, except where the refund policy gives you a refund.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or that the law requires us to close.
  • If we stop offering Rendrly, we will refund the value of the paid credits you have not used.

Limits on what we promise

Rendrly is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Rendrly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited, or our liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal law of the United States, and courts in Texas can hear disputes about them. Please write to us first so we can try to sort a problem out. This does not take away any right you have under consumer protection law where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we will update the date above. If a change affects you in a significant way, we will tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect. If you keep using Rendrly after a change takes effect, you accept it.
